Details

This artwork background was created with acrylic paint in a variety of cool colors. The design includes a woman with short black hair and light blue, turquoise eyes. She has red lips and a black mole above her lip. Her check, eye, nose and eyebrow were all created with collaged papers, both handmade and purchased patterned papers.

This is a 30x30" original collage painting on canvas, deep 1" edge canvas. The edges are painted in Payne's Grey, which is a deep navy, almost black acrylic color. I created the painting based on the principles taught in a Big Collage workshop given by Julie Fei-Fan Balzer at Studio Crescendoh in Santa Ana, CA. 

This original collaged painting would be a lovely gift for any woman or teen; for the home or any workplace.
